Generally, most clients choose our standard coverage that provides three counseling visits for an individual or family during a six-month period, for a total of SIX visits per year. This is our average contract, but we will work with you to tailor an EAP agreement that best fits your organization.
We offer credit counseling as part of our regular services.
We also offer a free telephone. consultation with an attorney (30 minutes, once yearly). This occurs after the employee speaks with an EAP professional. That person relays the issue or questions to our legal counsel. He/she researches the question, and then the 30-minute call is scheduled for an attorney-client consultation. (This allows the best use of the client and the attorneys time.)
