What Does it Cost?
- Per Capita
- The employers monthly cost is based upon a monthly rate multiplied by the number of employees within the organization. Included within the monthly fee are orientations, assessment, counseling, referral and on-going worksite consultations.
- Fee for Services
- The employers monthly cost is based upon the amount of time spent in providing services for the employees for assessments, counseling, referral, participation in supervisory training seminars and on or off site orientations. The employer decides the services to be provided.
- Combination
- The employer may request a tailored program providing specific services to complement existing employer provided services. Cost would depend upon the services provided.
